Product Summary:
The KBF1800 box-type furnace utilizes an 1800-type silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element. It features a dual-layer shell structure and a YuDian programmable temperature control instrument with phase-shift triggering and thyristor control. The furnace chamber is constructed with German-imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The double-layer shell is equipped with a forced air cooling system, enabling rapid temperature rise and fall. This furnace offers advantages such as uniform temperature distribution, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rates, and energy efficiency. It is an ideal product for universities, research institutions, and industrial enterprises engaged in powder sintering, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiments, and quality testing.

Connected to Computer:
This furnace is equipped with communication interface and software, allowing direct control of various parameters of the furnace through a computer. It provides real-time monitoring of PV and SV temperature values on the furnace, as well as the instrument's operational status. The furnace's actual temperature rise curve is drawn in real-time on the computer, and temperature data for each moment can be saved and accessed at any time.

Furnace Chamber:
• Vacuum-suction molded alumina polycrystalline fiber furnace chamber.
• Utilizes Japanese technology for molding.
• The spacing and pitch of the heating wire inside the furnace chamber are arranged according to Japanese thermal technology and simulated temperature field through thermal software.
• Utilizes 4-side heating (left, right, top, bottom) for a more balanced temperature field.
Temperature Control Method:
• Utilizes YuDian programmable temperature control instrument.
• 30-stage programmable intelligent PID regulation.
• Equipped with over-temperature protection and open-circuit protection. The furnace's heating circuit automatically disconnects in case of over-temperature or open-circuit conditions. When the furnace temperature exceeds 1720°C or the thermocouple is burnt out, the AC relay in the main circuit will automatically disconnect. The ON indicator light on the panel will go out, and the OFF indicator light will illuminate, providing limited furnace protection.
• Equipped with power failure protection. When power is restored after a power failure, the furnace does not start heating from the initial temperature but rather resumes heating from the temperature at the time of power failure.
• The instrument features temperature self-tuning functionality.

Trigger:
• Phase-shift triggering (with soft start and current limiting function).
• Current limiting function: Regardless of the set temperature rise rate, the secondary current of our furnace is always limited to within 170A, effectively protecting the equipment. Due to the current limiting function, the furnace door can be opened at high temperatures. If your furnace needs to limit the temperature rise rate during the heating process (for example, not exceeding 3°C/min after reaching 1400°C), a non-current limiting trigger should be used. If the temperature rise rate is set incorrectly or too fast, the current will be very high, causing the device to trip or burn out.
• Soft start function: The current gradually increases when the power is turned on, minimizing the impact on the heating element and extending its lifespan.
• Protection function: If the current exceeds the limiting current, the trigger will automatically disconnect the triggering function to cut off the current and protect the furnace.
