The KBF1200-XA is a box furnace designed for temperatures up to 1200 degrees Celsius. The furnace features a double-layer forced air cooling structure for the furnace casing, ensuring that the external temperature of the casing remains close to room temperature and does not exceed 50 degrees Celsius even at the highest operating temperature. The furnace chamber is constructed with lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, which offers excellent insulation properties, light weight, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to rapid cooling and heating. It does not crack, crystallize, or produce slag, eliminating concerns about contaminating the products being processed. The energy-saving effect is approximately 60-80% compared to traditional electric furnaces.
Temperature control is managed using the Yudian temperature control instrument. It provides programmable PID auto-tuning with 30-50 segments, allowing for automatic heating and cooling without the need for constant supervision. Additionally, an optional RS485 communication interface can be selected, which enables the furnace to be controlled via a standard computer. This interface facilitates functions such as starting, stopping, pausing heating, setting heating curves, storing heating curves, and recording historical curve data.
